Coaching & pricing

One system. Assessed, built, adjusted—for you.

Personal training with nutrition and habit coaching built in. You choose the format—in person or online—and how often we train. Everything else is part of the system: programming, nutrition, habits and tracking, all built around your goal.

Pricing is shown openly, per 4-week block. Every collaboration starts with a free 60–90 minute assessment.

01 · In person — Brussels

Personal training

Coached 60-minute sessions at Jims Auderghem or Meiser, with individual programming and the full nutrition and habit system around them.

A free 60–90 minute assessment establishes your starting point and shapes your program. From there we agree the frequency.

Once a week

€300 / 4 weeks

€75 per session · 60 minutes

Steady, sustainable progression—works best when you also train solo between sessions and want more autonomy.

Twice a week

€520 / 4 weeks

€65 per session · 60 minutes

More practice under supervision—faster technical progress, recommended while you are learning or when the goal is ambitious.

One rate, everything in it. The session price includes the work around the sessions—programming, the nutrition system, habit coaching and tracking. Nothing is sold separately, because results depend on all of it.

Included for every client—in person or online

  • Free 60–90 minute assessment: movement, strength, habits and objectives
  • Individual programming for all your training—coached and solo sessions—tracked in a shared training log and adjusted weekly
  • Nutrition coaching built into the system: personal targets set at your assessment, a plan built from foods you actually eat, and follow-up week over week
  • Habit and lifestyle coaching, worked on during sessions until the routines hold on their own
  • Documented measurements and progress checkpoints
  • Regular progress reviews inside your sessions—results, data and course corrections

How it starts

01
ApplyThe form takes about 5 minutes. It is not a commitment.
02
Short callA quick overview of your goals and whether the fit is right—then we plan your assessment.
03
Free assessment60–90 minutes, the full picture: movement, strength, objectives, history, lifestyle and nutrition. The last step before you commit.
04
Decide togetherFormat and frequency, agreed only if it makes sense for both.

The first commitment is 12 weeks—enough time to assess properly, build the foundations and see the first measurable change. After that, coaching simply continues in 4-week blocks for as long as it serves you. Most of my clients stay long term; that is the system working, not a contract holding them.

In-person availability is limited—when no slot is open, Online Coaching below is the alternative until one frees up.

02 · Online

The same system, delivered remotely.

Remote · Open to new clients

Online Coaching

€200 / 4 weeks

Everything in the system—programming, nutrition, habits, tracking—without the gym floor.

The in-person sessions are replaced by:

  • Weekly video technique analysis: film your lifts, send them in, and get the corrections you would otherwise hear on the gym floor
  • Two 30-minute calls each month, covering training, nutrition and lifestyle

Same commitment as in person: 12 weeks to start, then 4-week blocks.

Recommended start

Build the foundation first.

To get the most from Online, I recommend starting with an in-person assessment—ideally completing your first 12-week phase in person—so techniques and principles are solid before going fully remote.

Online suits self-driven people with some training experience, a gym they like, and a schedule or location that makes weekly in-person coaching impractical.

Fully remote and can’t make it to Brussels? Say so in your application—we plan the assessment and the first weeks around the distance.

How to choose

Choose a format, not a package.

Train in person if you can—nothing replaces coached practice on the gym floor. Twice a week while you are learning or chasing an ambitious change; once a week for steady, long-term progression.

Choose Online when distance or schedule rules out weekly in-person sessions—the same system, followed remotely.

You do not need to decide alone. The application lets me understand your goal and constraints, and the free assessment settles the rest together.
